PUBLIC NOTICE
The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic has launched a 24-hour Call Center for the processing of foreign citizen’s appeals. The Call Centre will provide advisory services to foreign citizens staying in the Kyrgyz Republic on issues related to protection of their rights and interests, the rules of their stay, consular services such as visa& visa support, citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic, Meken-Card, Consular Legalization, Reclaimation and Notary Services.
In order to get advisory services, citizens can contact through the website www.e-consul.gov.kg with online chat integrated with messengers Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or contact by phone number +996999312002 (WhatsApp). The advisory services are available in Kyrgyz, Russian and English Languages.
