Regular/Paper Visa

REGULAR/PAPER VISA

All Visa seekers for India are advised that while visiting India they should abide by the Law of the land. Indulgence in any such unlawful or undesirable practice will be dealt with strictly. All foreign nationals visiting India may note that there is a ban on carrying satellite phones into India.

Tourist Visa

2. Applicants are requested to take the following steps:

i. Log on to https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa and complete the online application form after carefully going through the various instructions listed on the webpage.
ii. Print out the completed Application Form and attach two passport size coloured photographs (2 inch x 2 inch - white background) and submit it to the Embassy.

3. Applicants are required to also submit the following:

i. Documentary proof of availability of sufficient funds.
ii. Letter of employment from employers (stating since when working in Kyrgyzstan, profession, etc.)
iii. Photocopy of ticket and passport.

4. Please note that the passport of the applicant must have validity of at least six (6) months.

Business Visa

5. Applicants are requested to take the following steps:

i. Log on to https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa and complete the online application form after carefully going through the various instructions listed on the webpage.
ii. Print out the completed Application Form and attach two passport size coloured photographs (2 inch x 2 inch - white background) and submit it to the Embassy.

6. Applicants are required to also submit the following:

i. Documentary proof of availability of sufficient funds.
ii. Letter of invitation from an Indian company/Chamber of Commerce Business letter from applicants Company in Kyrgyzstan.
iii. Photocopy of ticket and passport.

7. Please note that the passport of the applicant must have validity of at least six (6) months.

Student Visa

8. Applicants are requested to take the following steps:

i. Log on to https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa and complete the online application form after carefully going through the various instructions listed on the webpage.
ii. Print out the completed Application Form and attach two passport size coloured photographs (2 inch x 2 inch - white background) and submit it to the Embassy.

9. Applicants are required to also submit the following:

i. Documentary proof of availability of sufficient funds for study in India.
ii. Admission letter from a recognized Indian College/University.
iii. Photocopy of ticket and passport.

10. Please note that the passport of the applicant must have validity of more than the period of study in India.

Transit Visa

11. This is available for 15 days only (single or double entry) for onward travel to a 3rd country. Applicants are requested to take the following steps:

i. Log on to https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa and complete the online application form after carefully going through the various instructions listed on the webpage.
ii. Print out the completed Application Form and attach two passport size coloured photographs (2 inch x 2 inch - white background) and submit it to the Embassy.

12. Applicants are required to also submit the following:

i. Photocopy of tickets for further destination
ii. Photocopy of passport.

13. Please note that the passport of the applicant must have validity of at least eight (8) months.

Other Type of Visas

14. Applicants are requested to take the following steps:

i. Log on to https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa and complete the online application form after carefully going through the various instructions listed on the webpage.
ii. Print out the completed Application Form and attach two passport size coloured photographs (2 inch x 2 inch - white background) and submit it to the Embassy.

15. Applicants are required to also submit the following:

i. Documentary proof of availability of sufficient funds.
ii. Letter of invitation for attending Conference / Meeting / Course etc in India
iii. Photocopy of ticket and passport.

16. Please note that the passport of the applicant must have validity of at least six (6) months.

Timing of Acceptance of Visa applications

17. The completed visa application may be submitted at the Embassy on all working days between 09.30 and 12.30 hours along with other required documents.

18. Please note that the validity/duration of visa to be granted to foreign nationals will be at the discretion of the Embassy, which would depend upon the actual requirement of stay of the applicant in India and the relevant documents submitted by him/her.
