ADVISORY FOR E-VISA APPLICANTS

It has come to the notice of the Embassy that many applicants are losing money while applying for e-visa to India and despite payment no visa is received.  The reason for such loss of money is due to the fact that applicants mostly search Google for ‘e-visa for India’ in Russian and click on the links available in the websites launched by travel agencies and tour portals. Most of such links are phishing links leading to phishing sites, which would ask applicants to furnish all details and payment.  Once payment is received from the applicant, no further processing of visa is done at the receiving end and applicant loses money.  A few of such links and sites are as mentioned below:

3. evisas.travel
4. https://india-e-visa.net; india-e-visa.net
5. indiavisas.org

          Hence, those who are applying for e-visa for India are cautioned not to click any  links other than those given in the official website of the Embassy of India Bishkek meant  for applying for e-visa to India.  Applicants are advised to visit Consular & E-Visa sections in the Home page of Embassy of India website for details. The link of Government of India website for e-visa service is https://indianvisaonline.gov.in
