Opening of ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal for Academic Year 2026–27

The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is pleased to announce the launch of its Scholarship Schemes for the academic year 2026–27. ICCR will open its A2A (Admissions to Alumni) Scholarship Portal from 23 February 2026, inviting applications for various scholarship programmes offered by the Government of India.

Detailed guidelines, eligibility criteria, and application procedure have been uploaded on the A2A portal. Applicants are advised to carefully read the instructions before submitting their applications.

The eligibility criteria for applying for the scholarship program are as follows:

Age (as on 1 July 2026), Minimum Age: 18 years (for all courses), Maximum Age: 40 years for Undergraduate / Postgraduate / Diploma courses, Maximum Age: 50 years for PhD programmes, No upper age limit for courses in Art and Culture, unless specified by the concerned institution. 

Interested students are requested to apply within the stipulated timeline through the A2A portal of ICCR.
