Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme
Government of India invites applications from Kyrgyz nationals/professionals to participate in the fully funded training courses under The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme. ITEC Programme is the leading capacity building platform of the Government of India and is one of the oldest institutional arrangements for international capacity building.
2. Under ITEC training programme, professionals are offered unique training courses in different centres of excellence in India which empower them with not just professional skills but prepare them for an increasingly globalized world. ITEC aims to contribute to the socio-economic development of participating nations by enhancing their human resources and institutional capabilities.
3. All expenditure on the visit of the selected candidates, including international air passages, visa, course fee, accommodation, living allowance, study tour, book allowance, are funded by the Government of India. The courses are open for all ITEC partner countries including nationals of Kyrgyz Republic.

How to Apply :
All ITEC courses are listed against the ITEC Institutes that are offering them.
The first step is to identify the course of your interest. If you know the institute at which the course is being offered, you may click below for a listing of institutes. Else, you may also search for by selecting the stream of your choice, and then selecting institutes which are offering courses in that stream.
Alternatively you may type in a keyword (like name of institute, name of city in India) to search out any course. Once you have identified your course, click on the “Apply” button to start the application process.
The first step in the application process is to select your nationality. Once nationality is successfully selected from the drop down, a “Proceed” button will appear at the bottom of the page. Click on this to lead on to the next step. The next step is the applicant registration page. Interested applicants are required to provide details in four sections : Personal, Education/professional, employment and medical.
Kindly note that these details are to be filled in sequence, and you can proceed to the next section only if all mandatory fields are filled in.
After completing the application process, you may preview your application.
Once you have submitted your application online, it will be visible to both the ITEC institutes, who would check your application for eligibility, as well as to the ITEC officers at the Indian Embassy in your country, who would be facilitating your travel to India.
At this stage, please take a print out of the completed application form and submit it to the nodal/designated Government Department/Agency of your country. As per ITEC rules, all applications must be compulsorily nominated or recommended by the relevant government authorities of our partner countries.
5. Candidates may later check the status of their application by logging-in at www.itecgoi.in. The credentials for log-in may be noted while filling up the form.
