Yoga Session at Ala Archa National Park
Embassy of India organized a Yoga session on 27 May 2025 to mark the 25 days countdown to the 11th IDY at pristine location of Ala Archa National Park. The session was conducted by Embassy’s yoga instructor Ms Anna Ustinova. More than 20 representatives of Press & Media from Kyrgyz National News Agency Kabar, Central Asian Media Fund, Kut Bilim Newspaper, State Television & Radio Company ELTR, Press Service of the Ministry of Culture, Information &Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, News Site Region KG and Photo.kg, attended the Yoga session.
Embassy invited Heads of local Yoga studios like Yoga Fit, EGA (Yoga Hall), Sattva, Prana, School of Aerial Acrobatics (Barsa) and Adi Shakti, Dariga, practicing and teaching different form of Yoga, including Hath Yoga, Kundilini Yoga, fly Yoga, Vinyasa and Health & Fitness experts to attend the Session. Yoga fit studio held a special yoga session to mark the 25 days countdown to the 11th IDY at their studio.
The Event was followed by Q&A Session for the Press & Media representatives and all their queries relating to stress management and other related issues were addressed satisfactorily by the Yoga teachers. Yoga Tshirts/caps/mats and refreshments were provided to all participants.
