Notification for Indian Nationals-PCC Applicants

POLICE APPLICATION CERTIFICATE

Those Indian nationals, who are residing in the Kyrgyz Republic and wish to apply for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), are requested to apply at the Embassy well in advance (at least two months before the requirement). 

2. Eligible Indian nationals can register online for PCC. The following steps are to be followed: 

Steps to be followed: 

1. Open https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html

2. Register by clicking on "Register" Link. Select "Kyrgyzstan-Bishkek" in the box against Indian Mission;

3. Login with the registered login ID and Password on "User Login" link

4. In the Applicant Home Page, click on "Apply for Police Clearance Certificate" link to file a new application.

5. After filling up online application, a print-out / hard copy of the application along with the self-attested copies of all requisite documents (as mentioned below) is required to be submitted directly at the Embassy

 3. The following are required to be submitted along with the application for PCC: 

1. Indian passport (Please note that the passport also needs to be submitted in original for verification)

2. Residence permit

3. Two photographs 

4. PCC will be issued to the applicants of all categories including minors only after getting Police Clearance from the respective Police district in India. PCC will not be issued without Police Clearance from India. Hence, you are requested to apply well in advance.
