Procedure for handling of complaints under Government of India’s Resolution No. 89 i.e. Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI) Resolution

Annexed herewith is a copy of the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension, OM No. 371/4/2013-AVD-III dated 16.06.14 , prescribing the procedure for handling of complaints under the Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers to be followed by the Chief Vigilance Officers of the Ministries/Departments of the Government of India to receive written complaint or disclosure on any allegation of corruption or misuse of office by or under any Central Act and falling under the jurisdiction of that Ministry/Department. 

Dr Adarsh Swaika, Joint Secretary ( CNV & I ) is the Designated Authority for handling complaints under PIDPI in the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi. His mail ID is jscnv@mea.gov.in.
