‘Kashi Tamil Sangamam (KTS 4.0)’, an initiative of Ministry of Education, Government of India is commencing from 2–15 December 2025. A month-long cultural and intellectual confluence, envisioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, celebrates the timeless bond between Tamil Nadu and Kashi.

The theme of this Kashi Tamil Sangamam (KTS) is Learn Tamil – Tamil Karkalam. Around 1500 participants form 7 categories (Students Teachers, Writers, Farmers & Artisans and small Entrepreneurs, Women and Researchers) will participate in KTS.

Registrations for Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0 are now open to the public. Interested individuals can register at kashitamil.iitm.ac.in.

This event aims in strengthening cultural, linguistic, and intellectual ties, reaffirming India’s Unity in Diversity.
